The Challenge
Since 2011, Talisker has been the key sponsor for the Atlantic Rowing Race, now widely-known as the Talisker Whisky Atlantic Challenge. To mark the 2019 race, the brand sought a media partner to document the event, and how it aligned with the brand’s passion for adventure and sustainability. 
The Solution
Inspired by the first content execution for Talisker, I captured key moments of the thrilling challenge through photo and video-led storytelling. An episodic content hub presented the compelling stories of four ‘wild spirit’ teams, a wilderness bar on La Gomera  (the first of its kind), an ocean school,  the race winners, and finally, a guide to adventures around the Isle of Skye.
The Results
Over 3m video views. 16k social engagements. Over 10m campaign reach. 13% all clicks on site through to Talisker owned channels. Over 8% VTR on social videos. 128% over delivery against brand KPIs, on average
